Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
1. Scope of Application
This policy sets out the terms, eligibility criteria, and procedures for returning products purchased through this site. It is designed to align with applicable consumer protection requirements in Australia and applies to deliveries within Australia only.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted; however, direct exchanges are not provided.
This is due to inventory allocation, product variations, and fulfilment being handled across multiple storage locations, which makes it impractical to guarantee immediate replacements.
Customers wishing to obtain a different item may return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
3. Return Timeframes and Requirements
A return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
Returned items must satisfy all of the following conditions:

All components, accessories, and parts must be included

Original packaging and any accompanying materials must be intact
Items that show signs of use, damage, modification, or incomplete packaging will not be eligible for return.
4. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided preparation or dispatch has not commenced. Approved cancellations within this timeframe will receive a full refund.
Once this period has passed, or if the order has already been dispatched, refunds can only be processed after the item is returned in accordance with the return procedure.
Refunds are issued only after returned items have been received and inspected.
5. Return and Refund Procedure
To request a return, an email must be submitted with the following details:

Further instructions will be provided once the request is reviewed.
A return shipping label is included with the delivery. This label must be used when sending the item back. If required, a digital copy of the label can be provided upon request.
After the returned item has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days using the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is initiated due to personal preference, change of mind, or suitability concerns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is the result of a confirmed fault or transit-related damage, return shipping costs will be covered.
7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The time taken for funds to appear in the account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.
