Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Login details must be kept secure and confidential. Any activity carried out through an account is deemed to have been authorised by the account holder unless evidence shows otherwise.

Access to an account may be restricted or terminated in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted for losses resulting from incorrect information, unauthorised account access, or improper use of this site.

3. Products, Availability, and Pricing

Product descriptions and images are prepared with care. Minor differences in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes or display variations and do not constitute defects.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any required taxes unless stated otherwise.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, notification will be provided as soon as reasonably possible, along with the option of a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Pricing and availability may be updated at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are submitted through the online ordering system available on this site. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

A binding agreement is formed only once an order confirmation has been issued via email.

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed or if payment details are invalid.

5. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

After successful payment, orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be automatically processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on public holidays or outside the above timeframes will be included in the next available processing cycle.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not entered preparation, processing, or dispatch.

  • If the order has been shipped or more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation is no longer available.

  • In such cases, the return process may be initiated after delivery in accordance with the return procedure.

  • Requests may be declined where the order has reached an advanced stage of preparation or has already been transferred to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted; direct exchanges are not available.

This is due to product allocation, variation, and fulfilment being managed across multiple storage locations, which prevents guaranteed immediate replacements.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all parts and accessories

  • Be returned with original packaging and materials

Items that are used, damaged, modified, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible.
